Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) to manage healthcare provider accounts and patient cases across a defined region.

The role advances patient access and reimbursement for Redemplo, collaborating with Sales, Market Access, HUB partners, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex coverage challenges. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, 7+ years in pharma/biotech, and 3+ years in reimbursement or access roles,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven years in pharmaceutical/biotech.
• At least three years in field reimbursement, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes and financial assistance programs.
• Analyze complex reimbursement and access challenges and develop strategies.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners for enrollment, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Serve as local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to optimize access and support.
• Build relationships with providers, offices, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Operate in compliance with policies, privacy, and regulations.
• Manage business travel and expenses within guidelines.
