AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a team of regional recruiters, shaping scalable plans and standardizing processes across regions. You will collaborate with regional and divisional leaders to translate business needs into actionable recruiting strategies and governance.

The role emphasizes analytics, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality talent and a strong employer brand across AmeriVet’s partner clinics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-site, retail-style, healthcare or veterinary operating environments.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team: coach and develop regional recruiters and ensure alignment with hiring goals.
• Build a scalable, consistent operating model with standardized processes and tools.
• Develop regional hiring strategies with leaders to meet targets across AmeriVet’s partner clinics.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness through ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, and candidate engagement tools.
• Partner with regional and divisional leaders to align recruiting priorities with business growth.
• Provide robust analytics on funnel health, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and market insights.
• Set expectations and coach for performance, providing feedback and development plans.
• Champion a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience that reflects AmeriVet’s values.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, templates, and reporting for efficiency.
• Monitor regional hiring trends and compensation benchmarks to shape strategy.
