AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a regional recruiting team, translating business needs into scalable plans and driving high-quality hiring across our partner clinics.

You will partner with regional leaders to deliver talent analytics and shape a comprehensive TA strategy while coaching recruiters to improve pipeline quality, time-to-fill, and stakeholder experience.

• Lead and develop a regional recruiting team with accountability for hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Recruiting Team and develop staff to align with business priorities.
• Build a scalable recruiting operating model with standardized processes and tools.
• Develop regional hiring strategies with regional/divisional leaders to meet targets.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness through ATS, sourcing platforms, and analytics.
• Partner with regional leaders as a strategic TA advisor to align recruiting with business goals.
• Provide robust recruiting analytics including funnel health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
