Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to medium-size customers, managing distribution, and engaging with large accounts.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions to customer challenges through face-to-face, phone, or email communication. The position may be regional and segment-specific, with potential global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to inform sales strategy and product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
