Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest. You will work with large accounts, lead negotiations, and develop sales strategies across regions, channels, and product lines.

You will build strong customer relationships, analyze sales data, and align with marketing and production teams to drive volume, revenue, and market share while ensuring Dow processes and compliance are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent at US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network across different levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan to deliver volume and value; align to marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales strategy and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
