Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to expand the account portfolio and strengthen Dow's presence in the region. You will manage distribution, engage with large accounts, and drive revenue through targeted sales strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, analyze market data, and lead price and negotiation strategies while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering measurable CX outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience. US work authorization required.
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
• No visa sponsorship is available for this US-based role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across customer levels and execute sales/marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
