Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage small to mid-size customers and oversee distribution with larger accounts.

You will generate leads, define territories, analyze sales analytics, and provide technical solutions across channels including face-to-face, phone, and email. Responsibilities include expanding the account base, developing sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiating price strategies while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
