WCCTV in San Francisco seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships, and expand market share in the assigned territory. You will own the commercial performance of the region, including revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses, while leading a consultative sales approach for security surveillance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in B2B tech/security or SaaS sales, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage long sales

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years managing a sales team.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex customer engagements.
• Previous experience with regional P&L, budget, revenue, and margin responsibility strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Mansioni

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and KPI goals for the territory.
• Attend customer sales meetings and present WCCTV products and services.
• Fully explore customer needs and propose relevant WCCTV solutions.
• Prepare detailed quotes and RFPs; negotiate terms.
• Own regional P&L and profitability; manage expenses.
• Lead and mentor the internal sales team assigned to the territory.
• Monitor performance and coach team to meet KPIs.
• Support, plan and deliver sales strategy and activities for the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize territory opportunities.
