Job summary

WCCTV is seeking a Territory Sales Executive in Los Angeles, CA to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business within a defined territory for security surveillance solutions.

You will lead end-to-end sales, tailoring offerings such as mobile surveillance, CCTV, remote monitoring, and video analytics, and guide customers from initial contact through contract and implementation. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Security Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling security, surveillance, technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or related solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and implementation handoff.
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
• Develop a strategic understanding of market conditions, competitors, and customer needs within the territory.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and activities in CRM software.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Create and execute account development strategies for key target customers.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's surveillance products, monitoring services, and technology solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends, security technologies, regulations, and competitive offerings.
• Educate customers on the value and return on investment of security surveillance solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly business reviews.
• Track performance against sales goals and territory objectives.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.
