Job summary

WCCTV seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the territory. You will lead business development for security and SaaS solutions, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, and own regional P&L.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of B2B sales, consultative selling experience, and strong relationship skills. This on-site role offers a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years managing a sales team.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex customer engagements.
• Previous experience with regional P&L, budget, revenue, and margin responsibility strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals for the territory.
• Attend customer sales meetings booked directly or by the internal sales support team.
• Identify customer needs and present WCCTV products and services.
• Prepare quotes and RFPs and negotiate sales orders.
• Own and manage regional P&L with accountability for revenue, margin, and expenses.
• Lead and mentor sales team, conduct regular meetings and reviews.
• Develop monthly sales activity plans and revenue targets for the region.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute trade shows and campaigns.
