Job summary

Tampico Beverages, a growing multinational, seeks a Senior Regional Sales Manager – Northern California to drive volume and share across assigned markets, distributors and retailers. This role collaborates with National Account Managers to optimize distribution, merchandising, and promotional programs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in CPG sales, a business degree, strong communication and forecasting skills, and is willing to travel up to 40%. Relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in CPG sales; beverage industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field highly required.
• Experience managing regional retailers, distributors, and/or licensee partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributor partners.
• Execute national and regional sales programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Develop and present retail and wholesale sales programs to drive growth.
• Monitor sales execution and support key account selling activities.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase volume and market share.
• Evaluate distributor and licensee performance and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Develop sales forecasts and maintain market plans and promotional roadmaps.
• Seek and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
