Job summary

Morales Beverage Group in California is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across the San Francisco territory, building strong relationships with store-level decision-makers and executing in-store merchandising and promotional strategies.

This temporary-to-hire role reports to the Regional Manager, Northern California, and requires daily local travel, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older, High School Diploma or GED.
• Hold a valid California driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Able to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with store-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage on- and off-premise accounts and build relationships.
• Visit accounts regularly to ensure merchandising standards.
• Execute brand programs, promotions, and POS material usage.
• Process store replenishment orders and rotate stock.
• Travel daily within territory and meet sales targets.
