Job summary

Tampico Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager for Northern California to grow Tampico brands across distributors and retailers in assigned markets.

You will collaborate with National Account Managers and licensee teams to improve distribution, merchandising, and program effectiveness. The role requires 3–5+ years in CPG sales, a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, and the ability to travel up to 40% while leading regional sales initiatives and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in CPG sales; beverage industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience managing regional retailers, distributors, and/or licensee partners.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributor partners.
• Execute national and regional sales programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Develop and present retail and wholesale sales programs to drive growth.
• Monitor sales execution and support key account selling activities.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase volume and market share.
• Evaluate distributor and licensee performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop sales forecasts and maintain market plans and promotional roadmaps.
• Seek and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
