Job summary

Safariland is seeking a Regional Manager to develop and grow sales across assigned law enforcement and public safety agencies. The role focuses on servicing existing accounts, while expanding new business through strategic territory planning and product knowledge.

You will leverage CRM data daily, tailor presentations per customer, and coordinate with Customer Service to quote and fulfill orders. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to travel regionally are essential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in law enforcement or emergency services sales.
• Four-year degree or equivalent in Business/Sales/Marketing.
• Must maintain a reliable personal vehicle.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and close deals.
• Proficient with MS Office and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and call on potential customers to obtain orders.
• Adjust sales presentations to customer type and competition.
• Manage CRM daily to build pipeline and track KPI.
• Submit orders to customer service using part numbers and guidelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Report activity and results to management.
