Job summary

Safariland is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales efforts across Law Enforcement and Public Safety accounts in the designated market. You will develop existing relationships, establish new clients, and drive revenue growth while managing regional budget and collaborating with senior leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in law enforcement or emergency services sales is preferred.
• Ability to build and manage a regional sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning daily calls.
• Adjust sales presentations based on customer type and competition.
• Identify opportunities and request quotes from Customer Service.
• Submit orders and monitor purchasing guidelines.
• Maintain CRM usage to track activity, revenue, and KPI performance.
• Develop market penetration and monitor pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues promptly.
• Report to VP of Sales or Regional Sales Director and manage regional budget.
