Job summary

Capco seeks a Regional Energy Lead & Client Partner to grow the Utilities practice across the East Coast and Midwest, combining deep Energy & Utilities expertise with a proven ability to originate new business and lead large-scale transformations.

You will manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts, drive revenue, and build a high-performing team while delivering exceptional client outcomes and contributing to Capco's global Energy Practice expansion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience within the North American Energy & Utilities sector.
• Proven track record of building consulting business.
• Expertise in Digital, Technology, and Consulting services across Utilities.
• Experience with Grid Modernization, AMI, GIS, EMS, ADMS, OMS, DER, EAM, CIS, Trading & Risk Management.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and leading client workshops.
• Bachelor's degree and willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Drive executive client relationships and identify opportunities across the Northeast U.S.
• Own a portfolio of strategic client accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing consulting team.
• Lead delivery of engagements with quality and commercial success.
• Shape go-to-market strategies and represent Capco as a trusted advisor.
