Logic20/20 is seeking a Director, Energy & Utilities to lead the growth of our utilities consulting practice. You will shape market offerings, mentor teams, and expand client relationships in a builder role focused on scalable delivery and revenue growth.

You will drive executive-level engagement with utility clients, deliver strategic guidance, and partner with cross-functional teams to create compelling offerings and successful engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or professional services experience with leadership in delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Significant experience working with utility clients and understanding the industry landscape.
• Proven experience leading and delivering engagements within Logic20/20’s core capabilities such as AI & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Strategy & Operations, Technology & Cloud, Grid Modernization.
• Ability to connect industry challenges with business and technology solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Proven success building executive-level client relationships and expanding consulting opportunities.
• Experience leading the full business development lifecycle including qualification, solution development, proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
• Track record of growing accounts, capabilities, or practices through sales, delivery, and team development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
• Ability to balance growth and delivery responsibilities while remaining selectively billable.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for engaging senior Utility leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop growth strategy for Utilities and expand existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Lead opportunity qualification, solution strategy, proposals, pricing, and executive presentations to win engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and practice leaders to develop offerings and go-to-market initiatives for Utilities.
• Build and scale the practice by identifying capability gaps, recruiting talent, mentoring consultants, and establishing scalable processes.
• Provide executive oversight and strategic leadership for Utilities engagements to ensure value and growth.
• Serve as sponsor and advisor on key client engagements, applying industry expertise to complex challenges.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, promote best practices, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to strategic initiatives while remaining selectively billable.
