Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience leading energy efficiency programs or related portfolios.
• 7 years of leadership with accountability for senior leaders and outcomes.
• Experience directing complex client portfolios with contract performance and growth.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, compliance, analytics, and stakeholders.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships and strategic decisions.
• Proven success growing portfolios and driving transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex programs, client engagements, utility contracts, and strategic initiatives.
• Own portfolio outcomes for delivery performance, client satisfaction, financial results, regulatory compliance, and business growth.
• Shape long-term strategies that strengthen service offerings and expand market opportunities.
