Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Dermatology Thought Leader Liaison to manage a defined region and serve as the primary bridge between Acrotech and dermatology experts.

You will align cross-functional teams to support ADQUEY’s launch and growth while building advocacy among KOLs, societies, and patient groups. The role emphasizes compliant, label-consistent engagement with thought leaders, advisory boards, and regional congress activities, reporting to the Dermatology TLL

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience.
• 4+ years of dermatology with established KOL relationships.
• Previous Thought Leader or Regional Marketing experience.
• Ability to travel overnight to cover a multi-state geography and attend meetings.
• Travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with regional and national KOLs.
• Develop and execute customized engagement plans to strengthen advocacy.
• Serve as a primary contact for external thought leaders within the geography.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated engagement strategy.
• Support development, recruitment, onboarding, and training of speaker bureau faculty.
• Coordinate speaker contracting, compliance, and training activities.
• Monitor speaker utilization and expand educational reach.
• Support promotional speaker programs and educational events.
