Novartis is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison to shape dermatology strategy by engaging Medical Experts and translating insights into actionable plans. This field-based role covers the Mid-Atlantic region and requires up to 80% travel.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and Field Leadership to drive compliant engagements, education programs, and advisory activities across a broad geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement or related pharma/biotech field roles
• Must reside within the Mid-Atlantic territory and be willing to travel up to 80%
• Strong ability to develop compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Experience with CRM, digital engagement, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with Medical Experts in Dermatology to support strategic priorities
• Conduct compliant Medical Expert engagements and capture insights across cross-functional teams
• Facilitate discussions using approved resources to inform marketing and education strategies
• Lead advisory boards, speaker initiatives, and congress engagement activities
• Coordinate engagement activities for congresses, society meetings, and external events
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and Field Leadership to execute aligned plans
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to plan, capture insights, and drive engagement
