Job summary

Biogen in the United States seeks a Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Associate Director to execute strategies for the Dermatology Franchise within the immunology portfolio. This field-based role supports educational goals and appropriate therapy use with HCPs, their staff, and caregiver/patient communities, traveling up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech product marketing/commercial experience required.
• Dermatology or immunology injectable drug experience required.
• Previous field marketing or related marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results in a challenging and ambiguous market.
• Driving is an essential duty; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per Biogen policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of advisory boards.
• Capture insights from targeted customers within the TLL territory via 1/1 meetings, roundtables, and congress activities.
• Serve on cross-functional brand sub-teams to provide internal and external customer perspective.
• Provide competitive intelligence from targeted customer meetings.
• Partner with HQ to develop compelling promotional content, especially presentation materials.
• Manage vendor work (e.g., Medical Education Agency, Meeting Services).
• Identify and recruit KMEs for content development and other promotional projects.
• Serve as KME point of contact for international opportunities.
• Develop and support execution of congress plans including industry symposia and HCP engagement strategies.
• Coordinate KME Executive Engagement meetings with leadership.
• Work with Program Operations to manage Speaker’s Bureau requirements.
