Job summary

Novartis AG is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison to build partnerships with Medical Experts in dermatology across the Mid-Atlantic region. This field-based role requires up to 80% travel and live within the territory, ideally between Philadelphia and Washington, DC.

You will influence education and insights feeding into marketing, medical affairs, and congress strategy, while ensuring compliant engagements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Thought Leader engagement, field-based marketing, HCP education, or related pharmaceutical/biotech roles.
• Proven ability to develop compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of field-based marketing, expert engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts in Dermatology.
• Conduct compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights.
• Facilitate discussions to inform marketing and education strategies.
• Capture and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
• Lead advisory boards, speaker initiatives, and congress planning.
