Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement or related pharma/biotech role.
• Ability to travel up to 80% across a broad geography; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts in Dermatology.
• Conduct compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate strategic insights.
• Coordinate engagement activities for congresses, meetings, and events.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, and Congress teams to execute aligned strategies.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to enhance planning and insights.
