Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Dermatology Thought Leader Liaison to support the launch of ADQUEY in the US Dermatology market.

This role develops regional KOL engagement plans, builds advocacy for ADQUEY among physicians, societies, and patient groups, and aligns cross-functional teams to commercial strategy. The position covers a multi-state geography, requires up to 70% travel, and reports to the Director, Dermatology Thought Leader Liaison.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, science, or other related discipline.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience.
• 4+ years of dermatology with established relationships with dermatology KOLs.
• Previous Thought Leader or Regional Marketing experience.
• Ability to travel overnight to cover a multi-state geography and attend home office, local/regional/national meetings and conventions as necessary.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• KOL Strategy & Relationship Management: Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with regional and national KOLs.
• Congress & Advisory Board Leadership: Plan and execute KOL engagements at local, regional, and national congresses.
• Strategic Commercial Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs to align thought leader strategies.
• Educational Programming & Regional Initiatives: Develop regional educational strategies and drive awareness and engagement.
