Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Dermatology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) to support ADQUEY's launch by engaging dermatology KOLs, professional societies, and advocacy groups.

The role is regional, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to align with brand objectives. This individual contributor must have 8+ years in pharma, including 4+ years in dermatology, with established KOL relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience.
• 4+ years of dermatology with established relationships with dermatology KOLs.
• Previous Thought Leader or Regional Marketing experience.
• Ability to travel overnight to cover a multi-state geography and attend meetings as necessary.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain regional KOL relationships and engagement plans.
• Recruit and train speaker bureau faculty; manage contracts and compliance.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at conferences and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations on thought leader strategies.
• Develop regional educational programs aligned with brand priorities.
