Biogen, Inc. seeks a Dermatology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Associate Director, to execute strategies for our Lupus franchise.

This field-based role reports to Marketing and focuses on building and executing educational initiatives with healthcare professionals, their staff, caregivers and patients, with up to 80% travel. The position is based in the United States, requiring collaboration across departments and leadership of advisory boards and promotional content development in partnership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech product marketing/commercial experience.
• Dermatology or immunology injectable drug experience.
• Previous field marketing or related function experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results in a challenging and ambiguous market.
• Driving is an essential duty; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of advisory boards.
• Capture insights from customers via 1/1 meetings, roundtables, and congress activities.
• Serve on cross-functional brand sub-teams to provide internal/external perspectives.
• Provide competitive intelligence from targeted customer meetings.
• Partner with HQ to develop promotional content and presentation materials.
• Manage vendor work (e.g., Medical Education Agency, Meeting Services).
• Recruit KMEs for content development and other promotional projects.
