Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direction on labor trends and AR needs to ensure fair practices.
• Guides regional leaders on policy interpretation and consistent application of programs.
• Analyzes regional data to develop AR action plans and ensure fair application of policies.
• Monitors labor activity with guidance from the SSC - Associate Relations team.
• Develops preventative strategies and education on union avoidance and handling potential organizing efforts.
