Job summary

Ironwear is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead a portfolio of key accounts across the region. You will develop strategic sales plans, build relationships with decision-makers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales or account management, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel regionally. A Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or account management
• Experience in PPE industry is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and enhance existing accounts
• Conduct regular account reviews and performance analyses
• Attend trade shows and industry events to represent Ironwear
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and superior service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
