Job summary

Mechanix Wear seeks a Regional Sales Manager (Commercial/Industrial Channel) to develop and implement sales plans, campaigns, and distribution strategies across the Pacific Northwest region, including Seattle-based and remote candidates in WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD. Responsible for end-user and distributor engagement, product launches, and channel education.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years in product and brand sales, strong communication, and a deep PPE hand protection knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of experience in product sales and brand sales.
• Merchandising and product trial execution.
• Inventory management and promotional campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Sell into the assigned region to meet and exceed sales plans.
• Maintain relationships with distributors from concept to delivery.
• Develop regional sales and marketing programs to drive revenue.
• Build relationships with target end-user accounts in the market.
• Communicate with commercial distributors through visits and calls.
• Set account objectives and drive them to completion.
• Provide competitive intelligence on product and pricing.
• Support product launches and education through distribution channels.
• Maintain sales activity records in Salesforce.
• Develop PPE hand protection expertise.
• Coach and manage independent sales agents with training and reviews.
