CarNow in Chicago seeks an Account Manager to oversee a dealer book, drive loyalty and ROI through consultative selling, and enhance product value. You will lead onboarding, launches, training, and ongoing reviews with a focus on retention and strong client relationships.

In this role you will conduct audits, coordinate meetings, provide technical support, and collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to maximize dealer success and platform adoption.

• Willingness to travel 75% monthly within the assigned region.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for effective sales management.

Aufgaben

• Provides in person account management to 75–120 dealer accounts.
• Attends onboarding and pre-launch calls with Implementation team for seamless handoff.
• Performs pre-live audits using HubSpot playbook to confirm setup for launch.
• Schedules and hosts in person or virtual launch meetings with decision makers and end users.
• Performs refresh training for dealer personnel when applicable.
• Achieves monthly retention goals by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follows churn process and documents saves in HubSpot within 24 hours.
• Completes dealer Touchpoints on a 45-day cadence via email/text/call.
• Delivers account reviews with KPI metrics, ROI and engagement insights.
• Makes backend configuration updates and provides technical support; resolves requests within SLA.
• Provides best practices and product recommendations to maximize ROI.
• Tests connectivity to 3rd party vendors.
• Collaborates with sales on new deals and upsell opportunities.
• Logs all communications in CarNow CRM (HubSpot).
• Participates in education sessions and completes LMS courses.
• Reviews KPI dashboards to meet expectations.
• Addresses special projects for your book of business on request.
