Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager to lead global delivery teams and support Direct Sourcing clients. You will drive staffing strategies, manage recruiters and coordinators, and partner with stakeholders to optimize workforce outcomes.

The role requires a strong track record in recruitment leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience across global delivery centers. Hybrid work model with onsite locations including NA sites is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success leading teams across multiple locations through both direct and indirect leadership.
• Proven experience managing global or offshore recruitment delivery teams in a client-facing environment.
• Deep understanding of contingent workforce recruitment, sourcing strategy, and MSP operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery operations within team and across Global Delivery Centers, ensuring attainment of SLAs, KPIs, operational excellence, and achievement of client workforce objectives.
• Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies that address evolving talent needs, workforce demands, and recruitment priorities.
• Partner with program stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal business partners to identify talent pipeline gaps, execute sourcing strategies for diverse skill sets, and support opportunities for Direct Sourcing program growth.
• Drive team performance through coaching, development, accountability, and proactive management of recruitment challenges, escalations, and delivery risks.
• Analyze recruitment and workforce data to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and prepare and deliver business reviews that communicate program performance, client outcomes, operational results, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
