Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in the United States is seeking a Recruitment Relationship Manager II to drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned accounts. You will collaborate with hiring managers, RSSs, and RCs across offshore centers to fulfill open roles and meet KPIs.

You will act as a talent advisor, provide consultative solutions, influence stakeholders without authority, and coach teams while ensuring compliance with OFCCP and client SOWs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a global organization.
• Experience in direct sourcing and client/stakeholder management.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Experience with OFCCP compliance and client-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing and meeting KPIs.
• Coordinate with RSSs, RCs, and TA staff across offshore centers.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with client processes and recruitment legislation.
• Coach and mentor junior staff assigned to the account.
