Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager to lead global delivery teams supporting Direct Sourcing clients. You will oversee recruiters and coordinators, ensuring SLAs and driving performance across multiple locations.

The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, identifying talent gaps, delivering data-driven insights, and partnering with PMO, Finance, HR and analytics to maximize client value. A 7+ year track record and MSP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with leadership across multiple locations.
• Experience managing global or offshore recruitment delivery teams in a client-facing environment.
• Deep understanding of contingent workforce recruitment, sourcing strategy, and MSP operations.
• Experience translating workforce and operational data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong coaching and development skills with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery operations within team and across Global Delivery Centers, ensuring attainment of SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies addressing evolving talent needs and priorities.
• Partner with program stakeholders to identify talent gaps and support Direct Sourcing growth.
• Drive team performance through coaching and proactive management of challenges and delivery risks.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and prepare business reviews for client outcomes and process improvements.
• Onboard, develop, and retain high-performing team members and promote best-practice adoption across global teams.
• Collaborate with PMO, Finance, HR, Analytics, Technology and others to align objectives and optimize recruiting technologies.
• Serve as escalation point for delivery issues and support workforce continuity and contractor lifecycle activities.
