Job summary

Group Management Services in Richfield Township, OH is seeking a self-motivated Recruitment Specialist. You’ll recruit, source, and evaluate candidates to meet staffing objectives while building strong client relationships.

Collaborate with HR Account Managers, conduct pre-screenings and interviews, and manage data through our HRIS and ATS. Travel up to 15% and use background checks and drug screens as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience in customer service, human resources, or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; travel 15% of the time.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting, sourcing and evaluating candidates.
• Collaborate with HR Account Managers and Recruitment Specialists; perform recordkeeping, client follow up, and data management.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Conduct pre-screen and competency-based interviews, phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Utilize HRIS, ATS, and background screening vendors; provide support to client users as needed.
• Order reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings; provide recommendations per HR compliance practices.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives for complex roles and advise clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on recruitment best practices and state regulations.
