Group Management Services in Richfield Township, OH, is seeking a self-motivated Recruitment Specialist with a customer-service mindset and a passion for building client relationships. The role emphasizes sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating candidate evaluations while maintaining compliance with HR practices.

You will collaborate with HR Account Managers and Recruitment Specialists, manage client relationships, and support various tasks including recordkeeping, screening, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience in customer service, human resources, or sales preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted.
• Valid driver's license required; travel 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source and evaluate job candidates.
• Collaborate with HR Account Managers and Recruitment Specialists and perform tasks independently.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Conduct pre-screen and competency-based interviews, phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Utilize HRIS, ATS, background screening and provide user support as needed.
• Order reference checks, background checks and drug screenings; advise based on HR compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives for complex roles.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on recruitment best practices and regulations.

What are some expectations for this role?

• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting, sourcing and evaluating job candidates
• Collaborate with HR Account Managers and Recruitment Specialists in addition to performing a variety of tasks independently such as recordkeeping, client follow up, and data management
• Develop and manage relationships with our clients and hiring managers
• Conduct pre-screen and competency based interviews, phone screens, and scheduling of interviews
• Utilize platforms including but not limited to our HRIS, ATS, and background screening vendor, and provide support to client users as needed
• Order reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings for client employees/candidates and provide recommendations consistent with FCRA regulations and HR compliance practices
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives for complex roles and offer recommendations to clients and hiring managers
• Maintain up to date knowledge on recruitment best practices, including state-specific regulations

What are the qualifications for this role?

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred
• 1-2 years related experience in customer service, human resources, or sales preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
• Valid driver's license required; must be willing to travel 15% of the time
