Morales Group is a nationally recognized Indianapolis-based staffing firm seeking a responsible recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and place qualified candidates for assigned areas. You will interview candidates, enter detailed data into Bullhorn, and support onboarding while coordinating with clients and operations.

The role requires strong communication, active listening, and organizational skills. Travel to recruitment fairs and client sites may be required to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and active listening abilities are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and records.
• Ability to manage time and coordinate multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with recruiting processes or staffing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Perform candidate interviews to ensure qualifications match job descriptions.
• Enter accurate candidate data into Bullhorn and maintain records.
• Assist with walk-in overflow and onboarding support.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams; travel to events as needed.
