Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 4 years of HR experience required.
• Experience supervising recruitment staff.
• Ability to travel occasionally within North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide regional recruitment operations and manage eight Regional Recruiters.
• Provide strategic recruitment consultation to agency leadership and hiring managers.
• Oversee recruitment analytics and ensure compliance with state HR policies.
• Coordinate with educational institutions and community partners to expand pipelines.
• Attend recruitment events and represent the agency across NC.
