Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to provide statewide leadership for recruitment operations. You will lead a team of eight Regional Recruiters, set performance expectations, and work with agency leadership to drive strategic recruitment initiatives in North Carolina.

The role focuses on strengthening pipelines for certified positions, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with state HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 4 years of experience.
• Experience supervising recruitment staff across multiple locations.
• Experience implementing targeted recruitment strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience ensuring compliance with State HR policies and EE0 requirements.

Responsibilities
