Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or GED with 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a State Vehicle.
• Experience planning and implementing strategic field recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleges, professional boards, and associations to plan recruitment events.
• Gather information to provide feedback on recruitment effectiveness and improvements.
• Attend NC DAC career events and community job fairs; engage with students about opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and maintain spreadsheets for applicant tracking.
• Utilize advertising, marketing, social media and other sources to promote positions.
• Communicate effectively with applicants and stakeholders at all levels.
