Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant in the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a candidate advocate, using market intelligence to deliver top talent and manage end-to-end recruiting processes.

You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers, maintaining strong relationships and meeting weekly submit-to-hire goals. A proactive, collaborative professional with strong MS Office and ATS skills is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the selection process, identify candidates, screen, interview and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies and present top talent to clients.
• Maintain client/candidate relationships and meet submit/hire goals.
• Update reports and manage ATS data and related admin tasks.
