Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative and dynamic team. The role acts as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, integrating cutting-edge recruitment strategies with market intelligence to meet client hiring needs.

You will oversee candidate selection, conduct screens and interviews, and manage relationships with clients and candidates while driving weekly submit-to-hire goals. Strong sourcing and ATS skills are essential.

• Proficient in MS Office, experienced with applicant tracking systems, strong social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify, assess, screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and gather feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and address objections in hiring.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update reports and maintain ATS data and related administrative tasks.
