Job summary

Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, delivering top talent through strategic sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer recommendations.

You will build networks through market research, manage the candidate bench, and drive submit-to-interview ratios while meeting weekly hiring goals and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit across all stages in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with market research, passive sourcing, and internet searches.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to manage and communicate recruitment pipelines.
• Customer-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to articulate RPO and client relationships.
• Strong time management and adaptability.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate screening to interviews and feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent and address objections in hiring discussions.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related administrative tasks.
