Wilson is actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative and dynamic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, employing cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent for critical needs.

You will oversee screening, interviews, market research, candidate sourcing, and relationship management while meeting weekly submission and hire goals. A strong client focus and proficiency with ATS are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong client focus with a track record of excellent service delivery.
• Ability to develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle changing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media talent sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate screening, interviews, and feedback collection.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Present qualified talent to hiring managers and advise on offer terms.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure submission-to-hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related reports to track recruiting metrics.
