Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple client teams; partner with hiring managers, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Drive a positive candidate experience with compliant JD messaging and clear value propositions.
• Coach candidates on behavioral interviews and the overall interview process; negotiate offers and set expectations.
