Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume environment.
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple client teams.
• Coach candidates on behavioral interviews and process.
• Set accurate expectations on compensation and leveling; negotiate offers.
• Educate hiring managers on best practices and unconscious bias.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and use data to influence hiring decisions.
• Lead recruiting projects and drive process improvements.
• Improve tool documentation and data integrity.
