Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate talent sourcing channels and build relationships with hiring managers.
• Close searches against tight deadlines and set benchmarks and metrics.
• Serve as client lead for assigned groups and collaborate with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators.
