Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high-volume and high-hiring-bar environments.
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple client teams from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators to develop talent attraction strategies.
• Coach candidates on behavioral interviewing techniques and the interview process.
• Set accurate expectations on compensation/leveling and negotiate offers.
• Educate hiring managers and interviewers on best practices (bias, screen trainings, assessments).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, deliver reporting and analysis (job-title mapping, compliance metrics, compensation trends).
• Identify and mitigate risks and clear blockers to accelerate progress.
• Own recruiting projects to improve candidate engagement (conference selection, referrals).
• Improve tool documentation, data integrity and adoption of new channels and tools.
