Amazon is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to scale hiring for AWS Infrastructure Services. You will partner with business leaders and AWS Talent Acquisition to drive recruiting strategies, gather requirements, and improve interview processes while closing top talent within tight timelines.

The role requires influencing stakeholders, using metrics to drive results, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to support global growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume environments.
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
• Experience scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with ROI in mind.
• Recruit passive tech candidates and gauge chemistry for role fit and motivation.
• Provides strategic guidance as an advisor to business leaders on hiring matters and delivering results.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate technical and non-technical talent pools and calibrate job profiles with hiring managers.
• Recommend ideas to improve recruitment processes and scale workflows across the recruiting team.
• Articulate a plan with deliverables, timelines and tracking processes.
• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
• Participate in special projects and recruitment initiatives, including best practices in interviewing and leveraging internal talent sources.
