Job summary

Experis in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) for an 11-month contract to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role partners with hiring managers across Public and Commercial Sectors, driving recruiting strategies for technical roles and owning offers, immigration, onboarding and closing.

You will need at least 7+ years in corporate recruiting, strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and polished communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate recruiting, high-volume or technical environment and for executive level positions.
• Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the closing and offer process
• Provide data-driven counsel to hiring managers on compensation, leveling, and offer strategy
• Drive candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and efficient offer processes
• Manage immigration cases and partner with internal immigration teams to ensure timely visa sponsorship and transfers
• Own the offer process end-to-end: approvals, generation, extension, and negotiation
• Handle pre-boarding questions and coordinate on-boarding logistics for incoming hires
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (Hire) and ensure data integrity across all requisitions
• Facilitate debrief discussions and calibrate interviewers to maintain bar consistency
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting velocity and quality of hire
