Amazon is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner based in the Seattle/Bellevue area to partner with Sourcers, cultivate sourcing channels, and close searches against tight deadlines. You will shape talent attraction strategies and set benchmarks and metrics.

You will work with hiring managers and HR partners, delivering high-quality candidates, maintaining SLA adherence, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Profile passive candidates and gauge fit beyond selling a role.
• Negotiate and close complex offers in competitive markets.
• Suggest recruitment ideas and process improvements aligned with Amazon's mission.
• Draft and track deliverables with timelines and a formal plan.
• Screen and interview candidates within a defined timeline.
• Participate in special projects and identify top performers for senior openings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a strong pipeline.
